Exchanges/Buyer’s remorse - Since the merchandise in our store is printed on-demand, our return policy doesn’t cover exchanges or buyer’s remorse. We won’t be able to issue you a refund for items that are not misprinted, defective, or damaged. Thank you for understanding.
Returns for Misprints, etc. - Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the date of purchase. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Before returning an item, complete a return notification by submitting an email with the purchaser name and address, the date of purchase, a detailed description of the problem and quality photos where we can see the issue. We’ll be happy to assist and reship the product for you. Email us at email@example.com.
For all shipments, a packing slip is included that has the return address of our printing facility. In the case that your return item is not received at our printing facility, we will be unable to process a refund/exchange. For this reason, we highly recommend that you ship your returned item with a tracking or delivery confirmation services.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. Undeliverable shipments that are returned to our facility will be held for a maximum of 14 days and then will be donated to charity.
